  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier service delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Any additional charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • PakBuyz offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across selected locations.

  • Customers must ensure availability at the provided address to receive the order.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in order cancellation or account restriction.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be cancelled.

  • PakBuyz is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect customer information.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

  • We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution according to our Return & Refund Policy.
