Return & Refund Policy – PakBuyz (Cash on Delivery)

Thank you for shopping with PakBuyz. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Cash on Delivery (COD) return and refund policy carefully.

Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging.

  • To request a return, customers must share their order number along with clear photo or video proof of the issue.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds are not provided in cash.

  • Approved refunds for COD orders will be issued as:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Store credit / wallet balance (as preferred by PakBuyz)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personal care, cosmetics, or hygiene products

  • Items without original packaging

Refund & Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, PakBuyz will offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Refunds (for COD orders) will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

  • Bank details must be provided by the customer for refund processing.

Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is caused by PakBuyz (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
