Return Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging.

To request a return, customers must share their order number along with clear photo or video proof of the issue.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds are not provided in cash.

Approved refunds for COD orders will be issued as:

Bank transfer, or
-
Store credit / wallet balance (as preferred by PakBuyz)

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to customer misuse

Sale or clearance items

Personal care, cosmetics, or hygiene products

Items without original packaging
Refund & Replacement Policy

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, PakBuyz will offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds (for COD orders) will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Bank details must be provided by the customer for refund processing.
Shipping Charges

If the issue is caused by PakBuyz (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
